Shoe Addiction

Hi, what's up? I was thinking to talk about a subject that drives women (and even man, why not?) crazy: shoes!
Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo... All famous and desired brands of shoes.

Sarah Jessica Parker (who used a wonderful example in Sex and the City 2) and victória Beckham are huge fans  of Louboutins, with their celebrated red sole. And guess what? Suri Cruise has got an exclusive pair of Louboutins, made especially for her!

The last Jimmy Choo's collection, avaiable to buy online, has got lots of not basic shoes models which ones made me drooling in front of the computer for hours. The price, the only unfriendly barrier between woman and the shoes, is arround US$2,000 to more sophisticated pairs.

Series like Gossip Girl (fashion symbol, reason for a series of posts in the future) shows a lot of creations of famous shoemakers, including Alexandre Birman, brazilian responsable for Pedro Lourenço runway's shoes.

To finish off, I would like to confess the suspense I feel when I access Christian Louboutin's website. In the top of the page is located a countdown timer to the arrival of the expected new collection, this time Spring/Summer 2012.
Well, but I think it is subject for another post 17 days from now (it's almost here!)
UPDATE: The new collection arrives in 9 days!
